Agreement concerning electronic publicationLivePhysics.Com and the Author have reached the following agreement. 1. LivePhysics.Com undertaking LivePhysics.Com hereby undertakes to publish the Author's thesis, research report or extended essay, herein called the Document, in electronic form on the Internet on LivePhysics.Com's homepage. The Document is published in the state in which it is delivered, with text, tables, graphic design, illustrations, etc. LivePhysics.Com must try to ensure that the published Document is protected, to the greatest possible extent, from alteration by unauthorized persons. The Author is to have the opportunity to approve the state of the Document before publication. LivePhysics.Com must keep the Document accessible to Internet-users. LivePhysics.Com must also archive a copy of the Document in the digital or the paper form. The electronic publication is performed for research purposes and does not give the Author the right to receive any remuneration 2. The Author's undertaking The Author must deliver the Document in both the printed and the electronic form, in accordance with the instructions provided by LivePhysics.Com. The Author is accountable for guaranteeing that he or she is the Author of the Document and has the right to have the Document at his or her disposal for publication in the digital form in accordance with this agreement. Any transfer of the copyright for the Document will not have any influence on LivePhysics.Com's right in accordance with this agreement. In the event of any transfer of the copyright, the Author must inform the transferee of the content of this agreement. In the event of any copyright demands from a third party, the Author must indemnify LivePhysics.Com. The Author has the right, at any time, to demand that the published document should be removed from LivePhysics.Com's homepage by supplying valid reason. 3. Paper print-outs, etc LivePhysics.Com is to have the right to make paper print-outs and copies of the Document 4. Transfer of agreement LivePhysics.Com is permitted to transfer to a third party, completely or partially, its rights and/or obligations in accordance with this agreement. 5. Premature cessation of the agreement LivePhysics.Com has the right, at any time, to remove the published Document from its homepage and to annul the agreement, if it emerges that the Author is not the originator of the Document. If LivePhysics.Com has thereby suffered any loss, the Author must pay damages to LivePhysics.Com. 6. Complete regulation This agreement, with any appendices that may be attached, constitutes the parties' complete regulation of all the questions that the agreement concerns. All written or oral undertakings and pledges that have preceded this agreement are replaced by the content of the agreement together with its appendices. |
