Russian atomic bomb

This is the russian "RDS-1"-bomb, which was built based on data from espionage in Los Alamos and is therefore very similiar to the american "Fat Man". "eyes" of the bomb are radar devices. I guess that this bomb was designed for atmospheric explosion as well and that those radar dipoles were used for ground ranging purposes.
