This is a montage of videos and pictures at the Nellis Air Force Base "Aviation Nation 2004" airshow. Each year in Novermber, Nellis AFB (in Las Vegas) puts on one of the most diverse and action-packed airshows in the world. The 2004 airshow featured aerial demonstrations by the US Air Force F-15, F-16, F-117 Stealth, A-10, and the new F-22 Raptor stealth superfighter, the US Navy F/A-18 and legendary F-14 Tomcat, jet fighter / trainers such as the T-33 and T-38, Russian fighters such as the MiG-17 and L-39, World-War-2 aircraft such as a B-17, B-25s, P-51s, a T-6, an Me109, and a super-rare Fairey FireFly, helicopters such as the Blackhawk, and aerobatic acts such as Sean Tucker, Ed Hammill, the Red Barons, and the USAF Thunderbirds. Static displays included all kinds of huge transports, bombers, fighters, secret electronic warfare aircraft, mid-air-refueling jets, atack helicopters, unmanned combat air vehicles (like the Predator UAV and X-45 UCAV), even a Joint Strike Fighter mock-up.
