By using LivePhysics you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. LivePhysics may change or modify such terms and conditions at any time. Such changes shall be effective on notice. Notice may be given by any means including posting on LivePhysics or by electronic or conventional mail. Use of LivePhysics after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes.

Conduct

  • You shall use LivePhysics for lawful purposes only. You shall not post, link to or from or transmit through LivePhysics any material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • The entire contents of LivePhysics are copyright or available under license. LivePhysics owns copyright in the selection, co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not download, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit commercially, any of the content, in whole or in part Except that fair dealing for your research or private study or for use in a teaching environment is permitted. An acknowledgement of the source must be included whenever LivePhysics copyright material is copied or published.

  • You expressly agree that use of LivePhysics is at your sole risk. Neither LivePhysics, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that LivePhysics will be uninterrupted or error free.
  • LivePhysics is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • In no event will LivePhysics, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing LivePhysics, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use LivePhysics.


Monitoring / Termination

LivePhysics shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of LivePhysics, and the discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on PhysicsWeb at any time.
LivePhysics may terminate your access in the event of any conduct which LivePhysics, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of your breach of this Agreement.

Third Party Content

LivePhysics is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties. Accordingly, any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, or any other user of LivePhysics, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of LivePhysics.
